2. Heard Mr. Shashindra Tripathi, learned counsel appearing
for the petitioner. The counsel submits that this Court on
05.01.2024 in Criminal Appeal No.121/2024 (Annexure P-5), had
directed the petitioner to surrender himself. Accordingly the
petitioner surrendered on 29.01.2024 and then moved the Court
for bail.
