1. After arguing for some time and on our expressing reservation
in entertaining the present petition, the learned counsel for the
petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with
a view to file appropriate proceedings before the High Court, as
may be permissible under the law.
2. The permission to withdraw is granted.
3. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
