UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners,
who has filed this petition under Article 32 of the
Constitution of India.
Admittedly, the appeal filed by the petitioners
herein under Section 68-O of the Narcotic Drugs and
Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for brevity, “NDPS Act”)
was beyond the period of limitation fixed under the said
provision. In the circumstances, the SLP No.26018 of 2024
was dismissed vide order dated 11.11.2024. Now the
