UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. We are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition
particularly looking to the fact that the previous Writ Petition
was dismissed as withdrawn and thereafter recourse before the High
Court has already been taken. However, for the same relief, a
subsequent petition cannot be entertain.
2. In that view of the above, we dismiss this Writ Petition with
costs of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only). The amount of costs
