Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Case No.714 of 2014 in respect of which transfer has been sought has been withdrawn by the respondent. Transfer petition, therefore, has become infructuous. 2 In view of the above submission, the transfer petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Transfer Petition(C) No.1441 Of 2016 1. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None has appeared on behalf of the respondent.

2 2. Having regard to the grounds on which trans fer has been prayed for, we are satisfied with the grievance expressed by the petitioner and we accept the same. Therefore, Case No.820 of 2015 titled as 'Ankit Dhingra vs. Ashima Dhingra' pending before the Family Court, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court at Amritsar. The Family Court, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh shall send the case record to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay. 3. The transfer petition is accordingly allowed. 4.
