2 2. Having regard to the grounds on which trans fer has been prayed for, we are satisfied with the grievance expressed by the petitioner and we accept the same. Therefore, Case No.820 of 2015 titled as 'Ankit Dhingra vs. Ashima Dhingra' pending before the Family Court, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court at Amritsar.
