Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the
offences punishable under Sections 25/29 and 20(b)(ii)(c) of the
Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. The High Court in
its order dated 09.08.2024 while dismissing his application for
