1. We are not inclined to entertain the present petition. The
special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
2. However, we direct the learned Judge of the concerned Family
Court to decide the issue with regard to visitation rights in the
proceedings pending before it, as expeditiously as possible and in
any case within four weeks from today.
3. On such orders being passed, the learned Family Court would
ensure that its directions are complied with. In the eve...
