Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the

applicant/appellant has filed a Special Leave Petition challenging

the judgment and order dated 04.09.2024 passed by the High Court of

Orissa at Cuttack in CRLA No.11 of 2006. By the said judgment, the

High Court dismissed the appeal and confirmed the conviction and

sentence awarded by the learned Additional Sessions Judge.
