UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The remedy of the petitioner is to file appropriate

proceedings before the High Court for praying the relief which is

prayed for in prayer clause ‘A’. By granting the liberty to the

petitioner to do so, we dispose of the Writ Petition.

The order dated 11th November, 2024 passed in S.L.P. (Crl.)

No.923/2024 granting time of four weeks to the petitioner to

surrender, will continue to operate for a period of four weeks from

today.

Pending application stands disposed of accordingly.
