Inviting our attention to the terms of the Agreement
dated 28.02.1998 as also the respondent’s application for
disconnection of the electric supply dated 05.05.1999, learned
counsel points out that the amount due from the respondent was
Rs.29,99,815.50/- which in terms of the Agreement was not paid.
