Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing HMA No.1811 of 2024,
titled as “Arun Sanduja vs. Shilpi Vir Sanduja”, pending before the
Family Court, Faridabad, Haryana to the Court of the learned
Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma, Delhi.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she has no source of income; she has to take care of her minor
son and aged mother; and, the proceedings prior in point of time
inter se the parties are already pending at Karkardooma, which are
being defended by the respondent-husban...
