IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION
MISCELLANEOUS APPLICATION DIARY NO.55477/2024
IN
SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION NO.24748/2024
MANOJ KUMAR AGARWAL Petitioner(s)/ Applicant
VERSUS
UNION OF INDIA & ORS. Respondent(s)
O R D E R
Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted
that for the stalls situated at Agra, Mathura and New
Delhi, the High Court had itself granted extended time
and, therefore, he is not pressing the Special Leave
Petition which was disposed of by this Court at an earlier
occasion. In such a case, the order passed by this Court
may be withdrawn.
In view of the said submission made, the order passed
by this Court dated 18.10.2024 is withdrawn qua the shops
of the applicant situated in Agra, Mathura and New Delhi.
Thus, we clarify that the impugned order of the High
Court stands revived insofar as this applicant(s) and the
aforementioned stalls are concerned, and the Special Leave
Petition against him stand dismissed by confirming the
order passed by the High Court.
2
The Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of in the
aforesaid terms.
