UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

We had earlier expressed a doubt as to whether the present

special leave petition would be maintainable.

Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw the present special leave petition and

states that the petitioner, Girish Chodankar, would approach the

jurisdictional High Court by way of a writ petition under Article

226 of the Constitution of India.

It will be open to the petitioner, Girish Chodankar, to

request for an expeditious decision in the said writ petition.
