Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing HMA No.1503 of 2023,
titled as “Varun Sood vs. Ganika Rana”, pending before the Family
Court, District Gurugram, Haryana to the Court of Family Court,
Patiala House Court, New Delhi.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she is living in a rented accommodation; and, she has an
apprehension of threat to her life in Gurugram.
3. Issue notice to the respondent(s), returnable on 10.02.2025.
