Ms. Ritika Jhurani, learned counsel appearing for the
respondent - State submits that although the learned
Additional District & Sessions Judge, Naseerabad, District
Ajmer through his letter dated 27.09.2024 has sought extension
of time to conclude the Trial, the proceedings have been
concluded and the judgment was pronounced on 10.10.2024. It
is accordingly submitted by the learned Government counsel
that no order needs to be passed on the said letter of the
Trial Court and the miscellaneous application can now be
closed.
