UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. There is a delay of 416 days occurred in filing the present
SLP. We are not inclined to condone the delay, without any
satisfactory justification. However, we have examined the case on
merits also. There is no good ground to interfere with the
impugned order passed by the High Court.
