1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing Civil Suit
No.1005/2024, titled as “Jamal Pasha Khan vs. Rizwana Khan”,
pending before the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family
Court, Durg, Chhattisgarh to the learned Principal Judge, Family
Court, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she has no source of income; she cannot travel to Durg; she is
dependent on her parents; and, she has to take care of her minor
daughter.
