O R D E R
The impugned order is an interim order. The appellant
can always apply for vacating the said order by filing an
application before the National Green Tribunal.
We accordingly dispose of the appeals by granting
liberty as aforesaid. If an application for vacating
interim order is made, the same shall be considered on its
own merits without being influenced by what is recorded in
the impugned order.
The Appeals are accordingly dismissed.
