1. The petitioner-husband is seeking the transfer of the
proceedings instituted by the respondent-wife, bearing MJC
R/469/2024, titled as “Saloni Bhargav Deshani vs. Dr. Vismay Kumar
Deshani”, pending before the Court of the learned I Additional
Principal Judge, Family Court, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh to the Family
Court of Amreli, Gujarat.
2. Inviting the attention of this Court to the order dated
18.10.2024, passed by this Court in T.P. (C) No.2743/2024, titled
