Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing H.M.A. Petition
No.1264 of 2024, titled as “Vinod kumar vs. Bhawna Khowal”, pending
before the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court,
South Saket Court, New Delhi to the Court of the learned Principal
Judge, Family Court, District Durg, Chhattisgarh.
2. During the first call, none was present for the petitioner. As
such, the Court appoints Ms.Ritu Chaudhary, learned counsel, as
Amicus Curiae to assist the Court (pro bono).
