O R D E R
1. We find that since the accident has taken place at
Bengaluru, it will be appropriate that both the proceedings,
one pending at Bengaluru and the other in Chennai are heard
together.
2. We, therefore, direct that the proceedings in M.C.O.P.
No.2910 of 2021 & M.C.O.P. No.3857 of 2021 pending before Chief
Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chennai be transferred
to Bengaluru and shall be taken up for hearing along with
M.V.C. No.3277 of 2021 pending before Motor Accident Claims
Tribunal, Bengaluru.
3. Needless to state that the petitioner, if so desires is
at liberty to appear before the Court through virtual mode.
4. The transfer petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
