The respondents are represented on advance notice/caveat.

the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal1, impugning the order
dated 20.11.2024 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal2,
Bengaluru Bench, Bengaluru, within a period of 7 days from today.
Once the appeals are filed, the same will be taken on Board and the
first hearing will take place as soon as possible, and preferably
within 7 days from the date of filing.
