UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The present application is filed seeking exemption
from surrendering.
The petitioner was convicted and sentenced to
undergo Imprisonment for a period of five years and
also pay fine of Rs.5,000/- for the offence punishable
under Section 10 of the Protection of Children from
Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
perused the material on record.
