Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing Matrimonial Suit
No.74 of 2023, titled as “Amar Nag vs. Piu Nag @ Singha”, pending
before the Court of the learned District Judge, Purulia, West
Bengal to the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court,
Jamshedpur, Jharkahand.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she has no independent source of income; She has to take care
of her minor daughter; she cannot travel to West Bengal; there is
no male member of her family to accompany her and the proceedings
instituted by her at Jamshedpur is pending, which is being defended
by the respondent-husband....
