UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

It is stated that the trial is progressing and three witnesses

have to be examined.

In view of the aforesaid position, we are not inclined to

issue notice in the present special leave petition; hence, the same

is dismissed.

However, it will be open to the petitioner, Nag Narayan

Prasad, to file a fresh application for grant of bail in case of a

change in circumstances or if the trial gets prolonged due to

reasons not attributable to the petitioner or the co-accused.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
