UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the
offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and
Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)©, 23(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and
Psychotropic Substances Act. The allegation against the petitioner
is that 5 kg. Charas (contraband article) has been recovered from
him. His bail application was dismissed by the High Court. Being
aggrieved, he approached this Court.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
