Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing Matrimonial Suit
No.210 of 2024, titled as “Saikat Ghosal vs. Sangita Ghosal”,
pending before the Court of the learned District Judge, Family
Court, Malda, West Bengal to the competent Family Court, Sahibganj,
Jharkhand.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she has no source of income; she cannot travel a long distance
of more than 125 kilometers; and, she has to take care of her minor
son.
3. Issue notice to the respondent(s), returnable on 07.02.2025.
