UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Heard Mr. Humnashin Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioners.
2. Considering the unnatural death of the daughter in law i.e.,
within one year of her marriage to the petitioner’s son, we are
disinclined to consider anticipatory bail for the accused Nos. 2
and 3 (petitioners).
3. At this stage, the learned counsel submits that the
petitioners will surrender and then apply for regular bail.
