Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing Marriage Petition
No.336 of 2024, titled as “Rajesh Babulal Satra vs. Sonia Rajesh
Satra”, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division),
Vasa, District Palghar, Mumbai to the Rajkot Family Court, Gujarat.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she has no source of income; and, she cannot travel a long
distance of more than 650 kilometers.
3. Issue notice to the respondent(s), returnable on 07.02.2025.
4. Steps for service be positively taken within two weeks.
5. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.
6. In view of the prevailing facts and circumstances of the case,
further proceedings instituted by the respondent-husband...
