O R D E R

We have heard Ms. Manjeet Chawla, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner (Wife). Also heard Mr.

Aakash, learned counsel appearing for the respondent

(husband).

2. The counsel submits that the petitioner is unemployed

and she is residing in her parental home in the Saharanpur

District. The learned counsel therefore submits that the

petitioner will have serious difficulties to defend the

divorce case filed by the respondent, in the Family Court

at Roorkee.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that

he does not object to the transfer plea.

4. We therefore deem it appropriate to order transfer of

the Petition No.111 of 2023 titled as “Nikhil Prakash vs.

Asha” pending before the Family Court, Roorkee,

Uttarakhand to the Family Court at Saharanpur, Uttar

Pradesh. It is ordered accordingly.

5. The Family Court, Roorkee, Uttarakhand shall send the

case records to the transferee Court without any delay.
