UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard Ms. Deepanwita Priyanka, learned counsel for the
State of Gujarat.
2. Although the impugned order was passed as far back as
on 15.12.2020, the State belatedly decided to file the SLP,
with an application for condoning huge delay of 908 days.
3. The explanation given for the inordinate delay is not
acceptable. Accordingly, the said application is
dismissed. In consequence, the Special Leave Petition also
stands dismissed imposing a cost of Rs.10,000/- on the
