Leave granted.
This appeal challenges the judgment and order
dated 01.04.2025 passed by the High Court of
Judicature at Allahabad in Criminal Misc. Bail
Application No.1503 of 2025.
The appellant has been facing trial in
connection with a crime registered pursuant to FIR
No. 93 of 2024 dated 09.04.2024 lodged with Police
Station Kotawali, District Gorakhpur in respect of
offences punishable under Sections 379, 389, 406,
411, 420, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860
[in short, “IPC”] and Section 13 of the Prevention of
Corruption Act, 1988.
The application seeking regular bail having been
rejected by the High Court vide impugned order dated
01.04.2025, the appellant has preferred the instant

appeal.
This Court vide its order dated 09.10.2025,
issued notice in the instant matter.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant in
support of the appeal and learned counsel for the
respondent-State and perused the material on record.
