Leave granted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

case, we are inclined to grant bail to the appellant.

Accordingly, during the pendency of the appeal,

the appellant is directed to be released on bail on

such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the

Trial Court/XXXII Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge

and Special Judge for CBI Cases, Bangalore (CCH 34) in

Spl.CC.No.57 of 2004.
