Service was complete on respondent nos.1 and 2 in October,
2025 but no counter affidavit has been filed yet. Hence, one
weeks time as last opportunity is granted to file the same. If
filed let the same be taken on record, else further opportunity
would stand declined.
Service was complete on respondent nos.3 and 5 on
28.10.2025 and 15.10.2025 respectively but none has entered
appearance.
Service of notice on respondent no.4 is still awaited.
