UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
This application is pending in the defects side. Repeated
opportunities have been given to the petitioner to cure the
defects, but till date needful has not been done.
In the interest of justice, last opportunity of six weeks
is granted to the petitioner for curing the defects failing which
the Special Leave Petition shall stand rejected for want of
prosecution without further reference to the Court.
