1. The applicant prays for exemption from surrendering pursuant

to the judgment and order of the High Court dated 20.09.2024 in

Criminal Appeal No. 246 of 2018 by which his conviction under

Section 7, 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption

Act, has been affirmed and he has been required to serve sentence

of two years.
