UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order

passed by the High Court, more particularly, when the trial is

already on and eleven witnesses have already been examined.

However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as

expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months

from the date of receipt of this order.

3. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
