1. We permit the petitioner to withdraw this petition with
liberty to make a representation before the Union of India in
respect of the grievance raised in the present petition.
2. If such a representation is made, the same would be decided in
accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from making of
such a representation.
3. We further clarify that the rejection of the representation
would not come in the way of the petitioner in approaching this
Court again.
4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
