1. By this application, the petitioner who has been convicted
under 277 of the Income Tax Act and sentenced to undergo
imprisonment for six months as well as fine of Rs. 5,000/- has
sought exemption from surrendering pursuant to the order impugned
in this petition on the ground that the petitioner is a lady and
she has been advised that there are arguable points to be
considered by this Court.
