1. Heard Ms. Usha Rani Pradhan, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner.
2. The petitioner is the widow of one Ramakant Nayak, who joined
as Constable with the CRPF, Bhubaneswar on 28.01.1981. The
Constable suffered an electrocution accident on 16.07.1992. The
