This petition challenges dismissal of the petitioner’s
prayer for suspension of sentence and grant of bail. We are not
inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order.
The petitioner is further aggrieved by the fact that
despite the High court having specifically ordered listing of the
main appeal on 06.02.2024, the same was not listed.
