UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
Subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation as
awarded by the trial Court and confirmed by the High Court within
three weeks with the Registry of this Court, exemption from
surrendering is allowed.
The amount shall be kept in a fixed deposit account with a
Nationalized bank for a period of six months on auto renewal basis.
