In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in
the Civil Case No. HMA 545 of 2022 titled as “Shailender Sinsinwar
vs. Smt. Saroj Chaudhary” pending before the Principal Judge,
Family Court at Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
