UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. We are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition filed under
Article 32 of the Constitution of India.
3. It is needless to say that the petitioners shall be at liberty
to avail alternative remedy as may be available under the law.
4. The Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly.
5. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
