O R D E R

1. Heard Mr. Goli Rama Krishna, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner (wife).

2. The counsel refers to the office report dated 21.11.2024 to

point out that although notice was served on the respondent

(husband), he has failed to enter his appearance.

3. The counsel then points out that both minor children are

staying with the petitioner and she is residing in her parental

home at Akkayapallli, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. The roots of the

respondent is also projected to be in the same area.

4. Having considered the above and the unrebutted pleadings, we

allow the transfer petition. The M.C. No. 6940 of 2023 titled

“Somireddy Shivananda Reddy v. Nooka Reddy Sravanthi”, pending

before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, Karnataka is

directed to be transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court,

Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.

5. Records of the case would be immediately transferred to the

transferee court.

6. The parties are directed to appear, either in person or

through an authorized representative before the transferee court.

However, in case there is non-appearance, court notice would be

issued to the defaulting party.

7. The parties may explore the possibility of settlement through

mediation....
