O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. This appeal arises from an order dated
29.08.2025 passed by the High Court of Punjab and
Haryana at Chandigarh, rejecting the anticipatory
bail prayer of the appellant in connection with FIR
No.14 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025, registered at
Police Station Amargarh, District Malerkotla,
Punjab.
3. After considering the submissions of the
learned counsel for the appellant, on 24.09.2025
following order was passed:
“1. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegations make out a

civil dispute between the parties. Moreover, custodial interrogation is not required. 2. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks. 3. In the meantime, it is provided that in the event the petitioner is arrested in connection with FIR No.14 of 2025, he shall be released on a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- subject to an undertaking that he shall cooperate in the investigation and make himself available for interrogation as and when required by the investigating agency. He shall also submit an undertaking that he will not threaten the witness or tamper the evidence.”
