UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R This petition is directed against order dated 01.12.2009 passed by the learned Single Judge of the Delhi High Court in C.M. (M) No.401 of 2009 whereby he reversed the order of the trial Court and directed impleadment of respondent No.1 as party-defendant in the suit filed by the petitioner.
