the respondent No.16 from the array of parties, is allowed and the
name of the respondent No.16 is struck off from the array of
parties at the risk of the petitioners.
2. Amended memo of parties be filed within a period of two weeks
from today.
3. The counsel for the petitioners submits that he has already
moved an application for deletion of respondent No.2. But the same
is not on record.
