O R D E R
1. We have heard Mr. Rajshekhar Rao, the learned Senior counsel,
Mr. M.M. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the appellant -
Travel Agents Association of India, Mr. Jayant Nath, the learned
Senior counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 – Balmer Lawrie and
Co. Limited, Mr. S.D. Sanjay, the learned Additional Solicitor
General appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and perused the
materials available on record.
2. Manifold contentions were raised by the Senior counsel
appearing for the appellant.
3. After giving due consideration to all the relevant aspects of
the matter, we are of the view that since the issue in question has
already been concluded long time back in 2012, we do not want to
re-open it.
4. The Civil Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
5. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
