It is submitted that the appellant, Madhya Pradesh Pashchim
Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Ltd., would like the refund to be
made over a period of time.
The amount in question, being 2,00,00,000/- (Rupees two₹
crores) only, we are not inclined to issue notice in the present
appeal. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
We, however, clarify that the DISCOMS would be permitted to
raise the plea that the refund should be directed to be made
proportionately over a period of time.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
